Case study | Formwork + high-rise systems
Aluminum and wood formwork for repeatable concrete construction.
Design packages that move from model to site.
I founded Vardhaman Engineers and Consultants after years of hands-on formwork design practice. My work covered aluminum and wood formwork systems for high-rise residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects, with emphasis on constructability, load path clarity, shop drawing accuracy, and site response.
I bridged structural analysis and field coordination by checking wet concrete pressure, slab and wall sequencing, support reactions, panel layouts, connection details, dimensional coordination, and installation issues raised by contractors and manufacturers.
- Prepared formwork layouts, load calculations, member checks, connection details, and erection support.
- Supported clients and manufacturers including Knest, Sharp Formwork, Vihaan, and project developers.
- Worked across high-rise residential towers, commercial buildings, municipal projects, and RCC systems.
- Coordinated RFIs, shop drawing revisions, fabrication questions, site clarifications, and technical reports.
